Access Group Australia guarantees all parts and workmanship will be free from any defects or problems at point of sale. All used equipment has been serviced and tested in accordance with AS 2550.10
Warranty
Access Group Australia new equipment sales are covered by the JLG’s International Warranty Policy. For used equipment warranty please contact our professional staff for more information.
Shipping Policy
Shipping costs can be confirmed at payment stage of the sale.
Shipping can be either organized by Access Group Australia or by the client. Access Group Australia takes no responsibility in the shipment of equipment if organized by the client.
Shipping costs are based on averaged costs based on the displayed rounded weight estimates calculated from the greater of volumetric and gravimetric weight for the typical size, weight and packaging of the class of product.
Shipment is normally made within 10 business days of payment and you will be advised of delays or backorders.
Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
